The origin of our special milk: how a2 Milk™ is made

The single most important factor in producing our delicious a2 milk is to find the right dairy cows.

Unlike other dairy farmers, our farmers use only cows which naturally produce milk rich in A2 beta casein.

How do we know which cows produce A2 beta casein?

We test them! Using innovative technology developed by A2 Corporation Ltd, we identify the best cows using a simple and non-invasive DNA test, using a sample hair from the tail of each dairy cow.

Once the cows are identified as producers of A2 beta casein, the farmer then separates out the A2 certified cows from their herds and milks them separately to produce pure and natural a2 Milk™.
