Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

a2 MilkTM

chia seeds

2 tbsp

natural salted peanut butter

1 tbsp

maple syrup

½ cup

rolled oats

  • To serve, add toppings of your choice  such as sliced banana, strawberries or raspberries, flaxseed meal, additional chia seeds or granola.
  • Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 days, although they are best served within 12 – 24 hours. Not freezer friendly.
  1. Place a2 Milk™, chia seeds, peanut butter and maple syrup into a mason jar or small bowl with a lid, and stir with a spoon to combine. The peanut butter doesn’t need to be completely mixed in with the milk.
  2. Add oats and stir a few more times. Press down with a spoon to ensure all oats have been moistened and are fully immersed in the milk.
  3. Cover securely with a lid or seal and place in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 6 hours, to soak.
  4. The following morning open and enjoy as is, or garnish with your desired toppings!
