- ½ cup
- a2 Milk™
- ¾ tbsp
- chia seeds
- 2 tbsp
- natural salted peanut butter
- 1 tbsp
- maple syrup
- ½ cup
- rolled oats
- Tips:
- To serve, add toppings of your choice such as sliced banana, strawberries or raspberries, flaxseed meal, additional chia seeds or granola.
Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 days, although they are best served within 12 - 24 hours. Not freezer friendly.
- Place a2 Milk™, chia seeds, peanut butter and maple syrup into a mason jar or small bowl with a lid, and stir with a spoon to combine. The peanut butter doesn’t need to be completely mixed in with the milk.
- Add oats and stir a few more times. Press down with a spoon to ensure all oats have been moistened and are fully immersed in the milk.
- Cover securely with a lid or seal and place in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 6 hours, to soak.
- The following morning open and enjoy as is, or garnish with your desired toppings!
