Savoury French toast

cherry truss tomatoes

a2 Milk™

slices of sourdough bread

small avocado sliced
fresh basil

rashers of bacon, cooked
Feta cheese to top
  1. Preheat oven to 80°C/160°C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place tomatoes on the prepared tray and roast for 10 mins or until slightly wilted.
  2. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a large shallow bowl.
  3. Lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Dip 2 bread slices, 1 at a time, in egg mixture until well soaked. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and egg is set. Repeat with remaining bread and egg mixture.
  4. Serve with cooked, crispy bacon, tomatoes, avocado, feta cheese and basil.
